Include your device platform, app version, what you expected, what happened and steps that reproduce the issue. Do not send passwords, device secrets, identity documents or unrelated personal information. For leaderboard issues, your generated alias is usually enough to begin investigation.

Common fixes

Restart the app and check the network for leaderboard features.
Use the in-app help for controls.
Clearing app/site data resets local progress and the leaderboard identity.
Uninstalling removes active app data from that device but does not automatically delete a score already submitted to the online leaderboard; separately controlled device or platform backups may retain or restore a copy and must be managed through the relevant platform settings.

Response time

Target response time: five business days. Privacy and security reports are triaged as soon as reasonably possible.
