SPLIT Reflex Terms of Use
1. The service
SPLIT Reflex is a free coordination game with optional online leaderboards. Version 1 has no advertising, subscriptions, in-app purchases or cash prizes.
2. Permission to use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to use the game for lawful, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and applicable store rules.
SPLIT Reflex is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you have not reached the age at which you may agree to these terms by yourself under the law where you live, you may use the game only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian who permits use should review these terms and the Privacy Policy with the player.
3. Fair play and public aliases
The official app permits only aliases generated by the app. You must use only those aliases. Do not manipulate the client, replays, requests, device identity, leaderboard or service availability; use automation to gain an advantage; probe for other players’ secrets; or interfere with security. We may reject or remove invalid runs and suspend a pseudonymous identifier when reasonably necessary to protect the service.
Scores and availability may change because of validation, maintenance, rule updates or errors. Leaderboard placement has no monetary value.
4. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer except where the law permits it, introduce malicious code, overload the service, violate intellectual-property rights, or use the service unlawfully. Native platform and open-source component terms continue to apply where relevant.
5. Ownership
The game, brand, code, visual design and authored content are owned by or licensed to NOABABY S.R.L. You retain rights in data the law gives you. A generated alias is a limited service label, not ownership of a username or account.
6. Availability and changes
The game is provided on an “as available” basis. We may repair, update, change or discontinue features, subject to mandatory consumer law. Core gameplay and online services may occasionally be unavailable.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without voluntary warranties beyond those stated here. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or personal injury where applicable.
8. Ending use
You may stop at any time and uninstall or clear data. We may restrict online features for material breach, security risk or abuse, using proportionate measures where practical.
9. Governing terms
These terms are governed by Romanian law. The competent courts are determined under applicable Romanian and European Union law. This choice does not remove any mandatory consumer protections or forum rights available in the country where you live.
